It was a day of drama. It was a day of old friends. It was a day of hope and wonder. OK, maybe the hope and wonder was a bit over the top. The LotusKnows bus made a stop in Detroit today. Lot's of people pulled together to make it happen. Bill Luse, Rita Weyer and John Dygert thanks for the support and encouragement. Jerry Stowe and Josie Faycurry thanks for helping with the logistics. And of course, Mike Kudla and Lisa Learned, you guys were the technical superstars. We even had a cameo from a long standing Detroit Loti alumni, Bill Learned. He was showing-off SUT and Lotus Connections. Harriet Shakir stopped-by, she's old-school Loti.We spent the morning at the IBM Southfield Center and had a great-turn out. About 10:30 am, we all piled into the coach and Jerry drove us down to the Ren Cen. We had lot's of people come through and check-out the demos - even if we don't count the local law enforcement. Last time I saw Jeff Vandeusen, he was cuffed and in a squadcar. I'm sure Terry's posted bail by now.
I'm kidding of course (I don't think Terry bothered to post bail.)
