It's not surprising customers are bewildered with software licensing. It can be very confusing. Do you really know what you're paying for when you sign a Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft. I find many customers are spending a HUGE percentage of their IT budget on Microsoft's software. I most cases, I can show them how to save a large portion of that spend.
