Forrester also describes how businesses improved IT and end user productivity as well as reduced capital and operational costs within the messaging and collaboration environment.
Based on interviewing ND customers, and documenting/analyzing the cost savings as a result of upgrading to 8.5, they have created a new TCO reduction calculator, white paper, webcast etc that can be used as tools
