This site is dedicated to those of us working in the Great Lakes, overcoming the business climate and Doing More With Less. You know things are bad. You know budgets are being reduced. You also know that when the funding (and often the people) go away, we still have get the work done. I'm going to dedicate this site to you, my colleagues, customers and associates.
My name is Brian O'Curran. My business is assisting companies Doing More With Less.
I'm in the business of empowering people to be more effective, responsive and innovative in the context of work they do every day. . I assist my customers with enabling technology to achieve their business goals. Our technology provides effective solutions to drive innovation through collaboration of both internal and external communities. Together they help customers drive profit through revenue growth even in the face of diminishing markets and economies. The people left simply must become more productive to survive. The best way to increase productivity is through the use of tools - specifically collaborative tools.
Collaboration solutions improve the impact of work activity, and prevents wasted energy and expense caused by inflexible systems. It promotes responsiveness, making it easier to interact with people within and across organizations. It make it possible to share insights and expertise throughout the business - outside the in-box.
